Todd McCoy, P.E., President & CEO
Todd McCoy received a BSCE degree from Iowa State University
and in 1987 joined H. Wilden & Associates after being employed
for three years as a Project Engineer for an Iowa Precast Manufacturer.
In 1997 he was named Vice President of HWA.

Jeff Antolick, P.E., Division Manager,
York Office
Jeffrey Antolick is responsible for the start up and development
of HWA's office located in York, PA. Jeff directs several projects
utilizing precast/prestressed concrete which include parking
structures, stadiums, prisons, architectural cladding and industrial
buildings.

Jeannetta M. Hitt, Precast Division Manager, Brentwood Office
Jeannetta Hitt is responsible for the continued development of TRC Worldwide's office located in Brentwood, TN.
Jeannetta works closely with our many clients as she supervises the work of engineers, project coordinators and drafters
in the preparation of design calculations, erection drawings and fabrication drawings.
Other responsibilities include preparing project cost estimates and schedules along with coordinating projects
with other team members such as Engineers-of-Record, architects, general contractors and subcontractors.

Stephen D. Gold - Senior Project Manager
As a project manager, Mr. Gold has more than twenty-two years
of experience with HWA. His current focus is the management
and success of projects assigned to HWA’s offshore office. Other
duties include assisting in the management of projects assigned
to the Allentown office.

David M. Schreffler, P.E. - Senior Project Manager
David M. Schreffler directs several projects or a project of
major scope. He plans, develops, and coordinates projects and
project schedules. He executes project contract, estimates and
presents proposals, maintains liaison within or outside the
company. He consistently performs a system of quality control
checks.

Barry A. Eckhart - Senior Project Manager
As project manager, Mr. Eckhart has more than twenty-two years
of experience with HWA. He is responsible for projects utilizing
precast/prestressed concrete product and continuously directs
several projects at a time or one project of a major scope.

Mr. Raghu has over 21 years working experience in the civil
engineering field including 8 years as a civil discipline head
of reputed multidiscipline engineering companies.

Suresh, Detailing Co-ordinator, Precast Engineering
Vinoda Suresh joined the firm in 1999. She has good skills in
CAD drafting and detailing of precast / prestressed concrete
structures. Her experience includes parking garages, stadiums,
correctional facilities, architectural claddings & industrial
buildings.
