Fin - Clair Corporation St. Louis, Missouri (Designed at
Nashville Division)
TRC International, Ltd. have designed and produced shop drawings
for the precast members and connections in this two-story manufacturing
plant. The prestressed, precast members included hollow core
floors, IT girders, columns, DT and solid flat panels. The project
size is approximately 28,000 S.F. walls, 25,000 S.F. hollow
core, 210 LF columns, and 500 LF beams.
Conagra Flour Mill Alton, Illinois (Designed at Nashville
Division)
TRC International, Ltd. designed and produced shop drawings
for this flourmill expansion. Precast members were 160 1f of
beams, 4500 S.F. of hollow core roof, and 12,000 S.F. of wall
panels.
NCR Plant Expansion Duluth, Georgia (Designed at Nashville
Division)
TRC International, Ltd. designed and produced precast drawings
for this 50,000 S.F. office expansion. The project consisted
of 5" conventionally reinforced architectural precast panels.
This 1000 cell facility was designed for seismic Zone 2A, which
was handled easily by standard components.
Post Cereal Plant, General Foods, USA Jonesboro, Arkansas
(Designed at Nashville Division)
TRC International, Ltd. was retained by Epstein Construction,
Inc. to coordinate and design precast elements in this $120
million plant expansion for General Foods, USA. The project
consisted of a combination of precast wall elements along with
structural columns, beams and double-tee members.
Decorative Surfaces International Dupo, Illinois (Designed
at Nashville Division)
TRC International Ltd. designed and produced precast drawings
for this office/manufacturing facility. The project consisted
of double tee precast wall panels.
LMC Industries Arnold, Missouri (Designed at Nashville Division)
TRC International, Ltd. designed and produced precast drawings
for the addition and alteration to this existing plastics facility.
The design included double tee precast wall panels.
