David M. Schreffler, P.E. - Senior Project Manager
David M. Schreffler directs several projects or a project of
major scope. He plans, develops, and coordinates projects and
project schedules. He executes project contract, estimates and
presents proposals, maintains liaison within or outside the
company. He consistently performs a system of quality control
checks.
Mr Schreffler is responsible for projects utilizing precast/prestressed
concrete, including types of projects like parking structures,
stadiums, prisons, architectural cladding and industrial buildings.
David supervises the work of Project Engineers, Design Engineers,
engineering interns, Project Coordinators and drafters in
preparation of design calculations, erection drawings; checks
the work of Design Engineers and drafters for compliance with
building codes and client standards. He began as an entry-level
engineer and continually assumed greater levels of responsibility.
