Job Opportunities
Project Manager
| Education & Experience |
Plan, develop, organize and coordinate several
projects or a project of major scope. Execute project contracts.
Estimate and present proposals. Negotiate issues within and
outside company. Monitor schedules, cost, and billing. Required
is a B.S. degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, strong
administrative, leadership, problem-solving, and communication
skills, and a full understanding of computer systems including
CADD operations. |
Project Coordinator/Checker
| Education & Experience |
Candidates must have AutoCAD expertise and an
excellent knowledge of the precast concrete industry. Must have
strong administrative, supervisory, problem solving, and communication
skills. Qualified individuals will have demonstrated the ability
to work cooperatively with other team members and to function
in a supervisory capacity. Minimum two-year Associates Degree
or equivalent experience is required. |
Design Engineers
| Education & Experience |
Performs structural design such as lateral analysis,
connection design, and product design. Functions as a member
of a project team, communicating with other engineers, drafters,
projects coordinators, and customers. Qualifications include
a degree in civil, architectural, or structural engineering
from an ABET accredited school. PE or EIT preferred. Strong
communication skills, organizational skills and interpersonal
skills required. |
Project Engineer
| Education & Experience |
Perform design for precast/prestressed conc.
structures which includes: lateral analysis, connection &
product design, use design software - Presto, AXSYS, E-tabs,
AutoCAD. Communicate with project engineer and other team members.
Assume responsibility for project success. Supervise drafters
and design engineers assigned to project. Establish and coordinate
submittal schedules and production release schedules with customer.
Attend coordination meetings with customer, GC, EOR, Architect,
etc. Qualifications include a degree in civil, architectural
or structural, engineering from an ABET accredited school, PE
or EIT, excellent communication, organizational, and administrative
skills. |
Drafters
| Education & Experience |
Produce (using AutoCAD) erection drawings, piece
details, bills of material, etc. in accordance with our customer's
standards and HWA procedures. Functions as a member of a project
team. Develop and update project status sheets (using MS Excel).
Qualification include AutoCAD training and/or experience. Associates
Degree preferred. Ability to read contract drawings, strong
math skills, excellent interpersonal skills required. |
